William S. Baer School is a public school in Baltimore City for children with severe disabilities. We would like to work with the school to create an outdoor track for the students to use for outdoor activities and physical training exercises. The current playground equipment, supplied by the city, cannot be used by most of the students who attend the school. We hope this Safety City will be a fun & sustainable outdoor space for the students, teachers, families and neighborhood to enjoy.
