Girls Eating Green

Using the fresh produce from our garden to introduce healthy eating choices will allow my ESL & ELL girls an opportunity to talk about the food they eat and how it is similar to what the other students eat.

This project will allow my students to learn to prepare nutritious snacks and meals from the harvest that they planted and nurtured.
