American Indian Rain Garden
Students will survey the school property for areas negatively affected by rain water runoff. Students will design a gardens in these locations. The plants chosen for the rain garden are based on the American Indian gardening method of the "Three Sisters" - corn, beans, and squash. Sunflowers will be used around the perimeter of the garden as pollinators.
