9/25 Shade Tree ground preparation

September 25, 2017

Help Heartland Tree Alliance bring nature to the kids by preparing school grounds for new trees! Volunteers will dig holes, prep root balls, and place trees in the holes. Later in the day, the kids will plant the trees alongside their teachers.

No prior experience is needed. Tools will be provided, but please wear gloves, sturdy shoes, long pants and bring a refillable water bottle.

All volunteers must sign up in advance by completing online registration. Click here https://www.tfaforms.com/4634999 to sign up. Immediately after registering, each individual will receive an auto-email confirmation with more details.

Do you have a group or questions? Contact Sarah, Heartland Tree Alliance Program Manager, at sarah.crowder@bridgingthegap.org or 816-561-1086.

We apologize that we are not able to offer or sign off on court-mandated community service or disciplinary service.
